Hero Impex India Private Limited was Conceived and Developed by Mr. Raj Kumar Gupta - a dynamic and enthusiastic Professional and Mechanical Engineer in the year 1977 having worked with a West German Company Established in India and Engaged in Coating, Printing and Conversion since 1933 and one of the Top Most Companies all over the World to manufacture Coated, Printing and Laminated products all over the World.

After a successful career of over 1-1/2 decades in different capacities, his natural instinct encouraged him to independently establish a manufacturing & marketing activity.

Mr. R. K. Gupta and HERO MACHINES were the first in India to establish a machine Building Company to cater to the specific needs of the Coating, Conversion, Printing and Laminating industry. Till the First tissue Paper Coating Plant came out from HERO, these kind of machines were only Imported in India from Germany, Europe and U.S.

Mr. R.K.Gupta not only was successful in bringing out the Coating Line but also the ancillary Converting Machines in India in the year 1978. His efforts for substituting the Imports of such equipments was acknowledged and recorded by the Industry.

After establishing over 180 Projects Small and Big all over the country Hero Machines launched their DRIVE to Exports the machines in 1992. In the year 1993, the First project for OPP COATING AND CONVERTING LINE machine was received from Middle East and Plant was successfully commissioned within 3 months of the order and thereafter there has not been any looking back in our Export activities.

In the past Four and a half decade we have by the GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD established 5000 Projects in different Countries.

Now our main Line of activity i.e. Coating, Converting, and Laminating Equipments besides Rotogravure and Flexographic Printing have become the Core Projects for us and our entire concentration now rests in establishing these projects on ‘Turn-Key’ Basis.

We still follow the German Pattern in Machine Construction,  Selection of Raw Materials, their processing and Testing which gives not only extra ability and the Durability to our Plants and Equipments but also sufficient Care has been taken to make the machines totally operator’s friendly and Maximum Automation wherever possible and required.

The company has a team of Technically Qualified trained Engineers and Skilled staff for manufacturing activities and a separate Team Headed by an Engineer for Erection and commissioning and after Sales-Service.

After the sad demise of our Founder and Chairman late Sri. R.K. Gupta, the Company is now headed by Sri.C.M. Gupta - the Chairman and Managing Director and assisted by Mr.S.M.GUPTA- Executive Director and Mr. PUNEET GUPTA is C.E.O. and in charge of entire OPERATIONS of the company. He is a dynamic business leader, who has always managed to perform well for company’s growth.
